YDBA was founded by Oom William Soeryadjaya on May 2, 1980
The Industrial Clinic was established at the Small Industrial Business Facility (SUIK), Pulogadung Industrial Estate, East Jakarta and the Farming Business Training Center (PLU-YDBA) in Tapos, Cimanggis, Bogor Regency
The Small Industry Information Unit (UIIK) was established for the first time in Bandung, West Java.
The Small Business and Cooperative Information Unit (UIUKK) was established in Waru (Sidoarjo Regency) and Ceper (Klaten Regency).
YDBA's first collaboration, PT Pama Persada (PAMA) and PT ADARO established the Adaro Pama Business Development Institute (LPB) in Balangan Regency (South Kalimantan) on 25 July 2008.
YDBA was awarded the Certificate Of Recognation from the Minister of Cooperatives, Syarief Hasan on October 17, 2011.
