YDBA has actively collaborated with various parties, from the government, academia, private companies, the media, and the community to form an ecosystem that supports the sustainability of MSME businesses. These various collaborations are carried out through the Adoptive Father Program, where collaborating institutions can act as :

Adoptive father
Provide guidance to MSMEs to produce products according to the quality cost, delivery (QCD) standards set by the adoptive father and provide opportunities for MSMEs to become vendors/suppliers after the product meets QCD standards.

Offtaker
Provide QCD standards to MSMEs and buy MSME products according to the QCD standards set by the offtaker.

Expert
Involved in YDBA partner SME development activities starting from designing coaching programs, providing modules and human resources as training instructors and mentoring targeting the fulfillment of QCD standards.
