Hermina Hospitals (Hermina), in collaboration with Yayasan Astra – Yayasan Dharma Bhakti Astra (Yayasan Astra – YDBA), held Executive Sharing: Sustainable Productivity & Wellness, an educational forum designed to equip members of the Advance Club program, assisted by Yayasan Astra – YDBA, with an understanding of the importance of occupational health as a foundation for improving productivity and sustainable business competitiveness.
The event, held in a hybrid format at the Auditorium of RS Hermina Kemayoran, was attended by more than 160 participants, comprising 60 in-person attendees and 100 online attendees from the manufacturing, four-wheel workshop, and culinary sectors.
Hermina and Yayasan Astra – YDBA also collaborated with PT United Tractors Tbk in sharing information on productivity, as well as with Astra Isuzu in sharing product knowledge that can support business productivity.
In her remarks, the President Director of PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk, Dr. Yulisar Khiat, S.E., MARS., S.H., M.H, stated that health is no longer merely a supporting aspect of operations, but a strategic investment for business sustainability.
"Sustainable productivity can only be achieved when a company is able to maintain the health and well-being of its human resources. Through this Executive Sharing, Hermina hopes to encourage more business owners to build a healthy, productive, and competitive work culture."
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Board of Yayasan Astra – Yayasan Dharma Bhakti Astra, Rahmat Samulo, stated in his remarks that the Advance Club Program is a form of Yayasan Astra – YDBA's commitment to continuously accompany its assisted businesses on a sustainable basis.

In the first session, dr. Amelia Yunita, Sp.PD, an Internal Medicine Specialist at RS Hermina, presented on the importance of implementing occupational health practices to improve employee productivity, recognize occupational diseases, and apply preventive measures in the workplace.
In the second session, Idot Supriadi, Board of Director of PT United Tractors Tbk, shared his experience on the company's strategy in building a management system capable of maintaining productivity while creating a resilient and sustainable organization through various best practices in the industrial world.
Through this event, Hermina and Yayasan Astra – YDBA hope that business owners will gain a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between occupational health and productivity, enabling them to build a healthier, more adaptive, and more sustainable work system amid the ever-evolving dynamics of the business world.
