Jakarta – In order to introduce MSMEs as well as explore the potential for collaboration with prospective offtakers and adoptive fathers, Astra through the Dharma Bhakti Astra Foundation (YDBA) has participated in enlivening the 2023 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) Exhibition. Since GIIAS was held in 2015, Astra through YDBA has actively regularly participates in presenting MSMEs in various sectors, such as manufacturing, workshops, crafts and culinary.
In the exhibition which will take place from 10 to 20 August 2023 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD, Astra through YDBA presents 32 MSME products in 7 zones, including industrial tree zones, manufacturing, workshops, innovation, appropriate technology, health equipment and fun area zone.
1. Industrial Tree Zone
In this zone, Astra through YDBA displays various components for cars and 2-wheeled motorbikes produced by our assisted MSMEs. This industrial tree shows the contribution of MSMEs to the national automotive industry. There were 31 components for cars produced by 13 MSMEs and 83 components for 2-wheeled motorbikes produced by 22 MSMEs.
2. Manufacturing Zone
In the Manufacturing zone, Astra through YDBA displays various manufacturing products/components made by MSMEs from Tarikolot Bogor, Klaten, Tegal and Solo. Several products are made with 100% local components, such as stainless table products produced by CV Sidodadi Mandiri and paving block printing equipment produced by AR Group from Klaten.
3. Workshop Zone
In this zone, Astra through YDBA displays the 4-Wheel Workshop business process which is the standard for YDBA in carrying out guidance for 4-Wheel Workshop MSMEs. In this zone, YDBA also displays the Toyoga Service Workshop MSMEs from Bekasi which are members of the YDBA Assisted Workshop Association (HBBA) . In running its business, this MSME has carried out various innovations, one of which is making a toyogun tool to clean the AC without dismantling the dashboard.
4. Innovation Zone
In the innovation zone, Astra through YDBA presents various MSME products from the blacksmith sector, crafts to culinary with various innovations in its business. One of these MSMEs is the Pande Besi MSME in Banyumas which is part of the Gayeng Ruyeng Pande Besi MSME community with superior knife products with chef standards in Indonesia with local components reaching 100%.
5. Appropriate Technology Zone
In this zone, Astra through YDBA presents MSME Manufacturing products from Banyumas, Tegal and Solo with various technological innovations to meet customer needs. The products displayed include a coffee pullper machine with local components reaching 80% and a floating pellet molding machine with local components reaching 80%.
6. Medical Equipment Zone
In the medical equipment zone, YDBA displays several MSME products in collaboration with YDBA Mandiri MSMEs, namely PT Sarandi Karya Nugraha as the Adoptive Father of MSMEs which is also a member of ASPAKI (Association of Indonesian Medical Device Manufacturers). Apart from supporting the growth of MSMEs, this collaboration is carried out to support the TKDN (Domestic Content Level) of the products produced. One of the MSMEs collaborating with PT Sarandi, namely CV Maxi, produces digital weighing bases with 100% local components.
7. Fun Area Zone
In this zone, YDBA displays various MSME handicraft products from 3 MSMEs, including Narisa Nusantara with various products made from leather, such as bags, belts, hats, jackets and others; La Suntu Tastio with handicraft products of various woven bag models and Mintea Handmade with bag products, travel tissue holders and others made from various types of materials.
